Q. Do I have to pay at all to use ScratchAttack.co.uk?
A. NO we do not charge to use this service. You subscribe for FREE.

 

Q. Do I have to subscribe to use the DJ console at ScratchAttack.co.uk?
A. YES to use all the features unrestricted you will need to become a member.

 

Q. Where do my username and other details get stored and who will have a copy?
A. All you details are saved on our secure servers and NO information is EVER passed onto third parties. Scratch Attack.co.uk and DJ Richie Don.com

will be the only people to have access in order to update you with the latest or edit / amend your membership.

 

Q. How long will I be a member for once subscribed?
A. You will be an unrestricted happy member for as long as the site is running.

 

Q. Will I get loads of spam emails from ScratchAttack.co.uk?
A. NO You may receive periodic updates for example when new updates, features / tracks are uploaded.

 

Q. Is there any maximum time limit I can use the ScratchAttack.co.uk console?
A. NO at the moment you can mix for as long as you like, any time 24/7 365 days a year.

 

Q. Can I add my own music to mix at ScratchAttack.co.uk?
A. You can send tracks to tracks@scratchattack.co.uk for review but there is no promise we can include every new track into the DJ console.

 

Q. Can I record my mixes at ScratchAttack.co.uk?
A. NO this feature is not available through this site.

 

Q. Can I download the Scratch Attack console and use it on my desktop?
A. NO In order to ensure no music is shared you can only use the Scratch Attack console online exclusively at www.scratchattack.co.uk

 

Q. Can I use ScratchAttack.co.uk on my facebook / myspace page?
A. We would love to be linked to your facebook page and any promotion of http://www.scratchattack.co.uk is encouraged but at this

moment in time there is no specific facebook / myspace / Iphone application as we cannot ensure reliability through third party providers.

 

Q. Can I link my website to your ScratchAttack.co.uk website?
A. YES we would love to be linked from your site. Once linked with the banner available (see ponsors page) let us know and we will return the

favour with a link to your site on our Sponsors & Links page.

 

Q. I keep getting errors on my page / something is not working properly? – HELP!
A. Although we have tried our very best to get the console working smoothly on every type of web browsing platform if you are experiencing

problems please let us know by emailing bugs@scratchattack.co.uk with the following details: PC or Mac? What type of operating system and

spec you are using. What internet speed you have available. What browser your using and as much detail about the problem you’re experiencing

as possible. Our technical team will then investigate. IF ALL ELSE FAILS. CLOSE BROWSER & LOAD WEBSITE AGAIN!

 

Q. Who owns the music on the Scratch Attack console?
A. The music on this site is owned by the artists who produced it or the record label the track is signed too. The scratches were produced by DJ Richie Don. The artists name is displayed in the top green LCD panel on each deck as it plays and there is a list of tracks and artists on the MUSIC page. It is NOT owned by scratchattack.co.uk we are just showcasing the high quality & level of production, promoting the artists music to a mass audience for free.

 

Q. I produced / own the rights to one of the tracks on your DJ console and I want it taken off now. I don’t need any free worldwide promotion!
A. No problem at all and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused. Our very own DJ Richie Don simply hand picked your track as he thought its one of the best tracks he has ever heard. If you wish to be removed get in touch using the contact page, with a contact number, title and position / relation to the artist, we will then be in touch to confirm your details and remove your track.

 

Q. I LOVE your site and wish to make a donation to help with the running, development and operational costs. Its must be expensive to keep it running smoothly?
A. YES is does. Any donation would be very much appreciated. Although this site is not built for any financial gain all donations are received with thanks to help offset our extortionate bandwidth usage and developments costs (££££££) If contributing a links from the donator will be placed on our sponsor pages to show your support. Q. One of the music tracks featured has some swearing on it. Can I report it?
A. YES please do & accept our apologies. Although EVERY effort has been made to remove any swearing or rude words on all the tracks featured, if you hear any swearing on any of the tracks featured please CONTACT us informing which track it is so we can edit them to be more family friendly.
